Here is another great weather application for Android. But this apps only for Canadian because it use canadian environtment weather feeds for data. this apps called EmWeather 0.9.3 beta

It displays the current conditions as well as 8 forecasted conditions with the ability to quickly read the full details for each forecast. Very detailed extra forecast information is available through the menu.

This apps is totally free and Open Source

This apps need Android 1.5 and here is download link.
