Nokia has been released a new firmware for the Nokia 6700 Slide, bringing it to version 71.004. This update brings several new features and improvements.

Here’s the official changelog of Nokia 6700 Slide v71.004 ;

  • New, faster version of the web browser, including web search integrated into the web address field, and support for multiple windows
  • New versions of Ovi Store and My Nokia
  • Ovi Contacts removed
  • General performance and usability improvements

As always, you can update your Nokia Nokia E72 firmware via OTA (Over the air) or you can also use Nokia’s Software Updater or Ovi Suite and make sure to back up all of your important data before you update your firmware to this new one.
