We have a good news for those of you HTC Desire owners, HTC recently posted in their official Facebook page that the HTC Desire smartphone will get Android 2.3 Gingerbread update by the end of this month (July 2011).

According to HTC, they have tested Android Gingerbread on HTC desire smartphone and everything is running smoothly and the update will be released later this month.
