Layar Reality Browser App Now Available For Symbian^3 Devices & Nokia N97, Nokia N97-mini

Today, Layar  team has announced that Layar Reality Browser app available for Nokia Symbian devices.

So far, Layar Realty Browser only supports for Nokia N97, Nokia N97 Mini and Symbian^3 devices [Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7, Nokia E7 and Nokia N8] because it requires hardware (GPS/Accelerometer/Compass) to works.

Layar app helps you search and discover information about the world around you by displaying digital information called “layers” into your smartphone’s field of vision with Augmented Reality (AR) technology.

To use this app is very simple, Just point your phone’s camera to an object like building, restaurant, bridge, ships or any place you want to get more details about the place.
