The Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray will run Android 2.3 OS aka Gingerbread and powered by 1.2 GHz Processor. Huawei recently has officially announced their latest 7-inch Android based Tablet called MediaPad. This device is the world first Android-based tablet that runs Android Honeycomb v3.2.
