Here is a good news for those of you Samsung Captivate owners, AT&T’s Samsung Captivate aka SGH-i897 Android 2.2 OS Froyo update now available through kies mini for PC.

Changes found on the Android 2.2 Froyo update for Samsung Samsung Captivate (SGH-i897) include ; Home Screen, Exchange support, Improved Performance, Device Policy Manager, GMS Updates, Data Backup, Flash Player, Lock Screen, Application On External Storage, Media Framework and Kernel Upgrade.
