Sharp Announces Aquos Phone SH-12C – Runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with 1.4 GHz Processor and 3D Cameras

SHARP recently has officially announced their latest smartphone called Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C which will be available exclusivelly through Japanese mobile operator NTT DOCOMO. This smartphone comes with 3D capability that can be enjoyed by users without using special glasses.

The Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C smartphone reportedly will be running at Android 2.3 OS Gingerbread and powered by 1.4 GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor.

This smartphone is also equipped with 4.2″ qHD display with 540 x 960 of resolution, 8 MP camera, 2D and 3D video recording capability, Wi-Fi, HSDPA 12Mbps, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C will be available starting May, 20 2011 in Japan via NTT DoCoMo. There’s no information so far whether this smartphone will be released globally.
