Few day ago, i’ve posted an application for symbian that can help your symbian phone from lost or even stolen. Today, similiar application available for Android phone. This application named with “PhoneLocator (Android) 2.6″. This application also can help you to locate your stolen phone, track your kids movement, or find a nearby phone, left on silent.

The advantage if you use this application is, you only need to send a text message to your phone, with a custom word. After you send text messege to your phone, soon you will receive back a text message with a link to Google Maps. When you click on the link, it will take you to the Google Maps, and show you the position of the phone.
